Excellent compensation. Great co-workers. Making a difference to individuals who likely have never had medical care and seeing them attain healthier status.

Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Working in corrections takes a special person to be there for these inmates when noone else is without judgement. The fulfillment comes from the respect you earn working every day doing your best. My inmates and most of my coworkers are wonderful.

At the staff level, if you're not in the clique the environment can be hostile. If you enjoy the type of corporate culture that treats you as another warm body and patient care is all about profit then Centurion is the company for you. Pros Paycheck. Cons Minimal benefits. The management only cares if they do not have to take call. Pros the job is 21 miles from my home. Cons no breaks, no help from those above you. Care to share?

Was offered minimal assistance or guidance to work effectively. If you do not do things their way they will find a reason to fire you. Was belittled, harassed, and threatened by management. Overall I love the correctional environment, the people who worked for me were great, the company itself is a disorganized, unsupportive, money hungry mess. Don't settle for working with MHM. Cons short staffed, no training, no support. Yes There are 29 helpful reviews 29 No. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The favortism, lack of support and respect, lack of adequate staffing, and no follow thru with issues is beyond imaginable. The staff is usualy great until they are burned out and frustrated.

The truely good working people never stay and the company doesn't care. You will be fine with this company if you have no values and ethics. They only want people that are followers and don't question anything. Kiss up and take no responsibility are the priorities of this company.
